I’m already having the worst day ever. After losing a relationship and my home, I was forced to move across the country to go live with family. Then, I start having issues with my Truck. Transmission Temp pegs at 258°. I’m on the phone with my sister and she finds The Automotive Shop for me because I’m driving. I’m thinking that something is wrong with my transmission and that it needs serviced. I still have 2,000 left on my trip. That look ad discover that it’s not my transmission , it’s my water pump. 2018 F150’s are cooled by the water pump, and because it’s about to completely explode, that’s the problem. It’s because of the guys at The Automotive Shop that the real issue was discovered. Unfortunately it was late, and the parts couldn’t be retrieved from the parts store till the next morning. Best Western is next door, so I had a place to sleep. 8am they’d get the parts, by 10am, I’m expected to have my vehicle back. They have financing options if you’re in a pinch, and I absolutely am. Everything worked out, and I’ll be back on the road in no time. Don’t take your vehicle anywhere else. Great group of guys, professional, compassionate and knowledgeable!

Great shop. All the guys there are very friendly and knowledgeable especially Patrick. They replaced my engine for me and I have not had any issues at all since. Definitely recommended them for all your automotive needs, and will be returning to them for anything else I need done.

Halfway home on a 17 hr drive and broke down and limped it into Jerome, found the automotive shop online on a friday night and talked with Logan. Multiple things went wrong on my lifted explorer from needing custom sway bar brackets since the other failed. Logan made me some heavy duty replacements. Next cv half shafts needing replaced. Logan got the family back on the road asap worry free. Kind friendly service, a few laughs and great pricing for the amount of work we had him do.

Can't say enough good things about this shop, the people are great including Logan who helped us. We have a 1972 rv and while it took a lot of time and research due to the age we were able to get back on the road within 24hrs including a mobile mechanic call from him to get us to the shop. Lots of mechanics out there that that are rude and talk down to people but Logan gave us quite a few good laughs and helped us learn a lot about our new rv on the way, on top of awesome service. Unbeatable price for the multiple services done!

My car was dripping transmission fluid ever since a guy in nampa replaced my cv axels. I then took it to another person to get it looked at. They replaced the seals for my cv axels and told me my car was ready to pick up. I went to pick it up from the place that "fixed" it (not this shop) and, shortly after driving away, i have to pull over because my car sounded off. I look under my car, and there is transmission fluid everywhere, so i called triple A to avoid harming my transmission. While we were waiting for triple A, Logan showed up in the dark and cold, took a look at my car, and suggested his auto shop to us. We decided to go ahead and tow it to The Automotive Shop, hoping the third time around someone could actually fix my car. This place actually fixed my car, and they were amazing! It was a great experience, they were very knowledgeable and kind. They even sent me photos and updates of everything that they were doing to my car. I also like that they have a warranty for their work, and they have a payment plans if you need them as well! I definitely learned my lesson from the other 2 people that messed up my car, and will be going to this shop from now on. Thank you guys!
